Website boundary

Ask NS1 uses prewritten website guidance and processes a question temporarily in the browser. The website does not transmit or store the question, create a customer account, or maintain a visitor profile.
Email-first contact
The website opens your email application with a selected NS1 address and subject. Nothing is sent until you review and send the email.
Operational systems
Hosting, security, and email providers may process technical logs or message information needed to operate and protect their services.
Privacy-first measurement
Understand aggregate website use without identifying individual visitors.
Phase 1 uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate website use and performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage to collect analytics metrics and does not fingerprint individuals for analytics.
Aggregate measures
NS1 may review visits, page views, day and time patterns, popular pages, referring sites, approximate country, device type, browser, operating system, and website-performance measures.
Excluded tracking
NS1 does not use advertising pixels, session replay, cross-site behavioral profiles, custom question events, or tools intended to identify a person or company. Ask NS1 questions and email content are not sent to analytics.
No analytics cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. Hosting or security services may use strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver or protect the site; NS1 does not use those cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.
“Who visits” means aggregate audience characteristics—not the identity of a named person, organization, patient, or member.
Email contact
You decide what to send.
When you use an NS1 email link, your email address, message, and any information you add are processed by your email provider and NS1’s Microsoft 365 environment. Use business information only and avoid confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary for the inquiry.
No patient or protected health information
Do not send patient or member identifiers, clinical records, images, diagnoses, claims, treatment information, or other protected health information through website email pathways.
Future features
Privacy treatment will evolve only with approved functionality.
If NS1 later adds forms, accounts, persistent identifiers, uploads, personalization, or other data features, the applicable privacy, consent, security, retention, and cookie treatment will be reviewed and updated before activation.
